Where does your flavor supplier and their manufacturing come from?
Must list every compound, CAS number, and concentration — not just trade names or categories.
PerBPOM 18/2025 requires full compound-level disclosure. “Proprietary blend” is not accepted.
Required to verify compound identity. Supplier TDS alone is not sufficient proof under the regulation.
PerBPOM 18/2025 specifically requires cross-verification by two different laboratories.
Includes diacetyl, 2,3-pentanedione, Vitamin E acetate, colouring agents, caffeine, taurine, and CMR Cat. 1 & 2 substances under EU REACH.
Maximum permitted concentration under PP 28/2024. Must be lab-verified, not just declared on label.
Origin and purity of nicotine must be traceable for BPOM registration.
PP 28/2024 caps open-system e-liquid at these two formats from 26 July 2026.
Mandatory under PP 28/2024. Products without compliant sealing will be rejected.
PP 28/2024 requires graphic health warnings on packaging.
PerBPOM 18/2025 requires all ingredients including flavorings to appear on the label.
Mandatory from 17 October 2026 for flavoring agents. Every compound in your flavor must be traceable and certifiable.
